Kudos to producer Kevin Powers for getting Restricted Diet into 8 film festivals since it premiere last August. It's screening this month at the DAMN! Film Series in New York City, August 21st. The comedy short has me as a racist vampire with Bela Lagosi accent, opposite Pamela Ricardo.

After four months of work, I finally have my new garage completely framed, clad, and glazed (plus the old garage demolished and disposed). I am really happy with the exterior colors and all the natural interior light. There are still some bits of trim to knock out, and the interior finish, but I'm taking a break on this for a couple months. .
