Pulse of the Indigo - Feature
One of the projects I filmed earlier this year, Pulso del Indigo, now has a 2-minute promo clip available, a scene where the leaders of a Latin drug cartel decides to go to war with a Russian mafia (in Spanish with subtitles).
Pre-production
I have a few video projects for which I'm learning lines this month, from serious drama to campy silliness:
Come On In, We're Dead - Feature
I've been cast to play a copy in Come on in, We’re Dead, a serious, feature-length, dramatization of an actual shoot-out in the 1930s that claimed the lives of a dozen cops. I'm thinking it will a nice companion peice to The Green Mile. Anyway, I'll be playing one of the cops who got blown away by a couple fugatives. We've had a couple read-throughs so far, and a test shoot before the end of the year.
Blackhats - Feature
Blackhats, in contrast, will be a wild, over-the-top thriller between good guys and bad guys. Think campy James Bond. It might be straight-to-video but it should be an absolute blast to make. My character will have one or two days of filming in January.
Sick People - Short
Sick People, by J.R. Whicker, is a short film worthy of an episode of The Twilight Zone. I'll be playing the ghost of a patient who died suffering from nursing neglect.
